How is Orlando Daily Post™ advertising different from other advertising?+
Most advertising waits to be noticed. Ours is personally delivered. • The newspaper containing your advertisement is personally handed directly to participating guests. • A team member reminds each guest to explore the businesses and special offers on the back. • Your advertisement becomes part of a personalized Orlando newspaper photo experience. • The newspaper goes home with the guest as a physical Orlando keepsake. • Your business reaches visitors who are already in Orlando and deciding where to eat, shop and explore. • QR codes, promotional codes, phone numbers and webpages can provide a direct, trackable next step. No advertising method can guarantee a specific number of views, scans, customers or sales.
Why is personal delivery more effective than a brochure rack?+
A brochure rack depends on a guest noticing it, stopping, and picking something up. Personal delivery removes every one of those steps. The newspaper is placed directly into the guest's hands, and a team member verbally introduces the back-page offers at the moment of delivery.
What makes this a keepsake rather than a throwaway?+
The front page is personalized for the guest with their photo and a custom Orlando headline. Because the guest chose to purchase a personalized newspaper, they are far more likely to keep it, share it, and look at it again after the visit.
Does the team member actually mention the advertisers?+
Yes. When the finished newspaper is handed to the guest, one of our team members personally reminds them to turn to the back page and explore the exclusive offers from participating businesses.
Who sees the advertisement after the guest leaves?+
The newspaper may travel with the guest to their hotel, vehicle, and home. Family members, travel companions, and others who see the keepsake after the visit may also view the advertisement.
Who are the guests receiving the newspaper?+
Guests are visitors who have chosen to participate in The Orlando Daily Post™ personalized newspaper photo experience. They are active Orlando visitors who are already in the area and deciding where to eat, shop and explore.
How is the advertisement presented?+
Your approved advertisement appears on the back of a personalized 11″ × 14″ Orlando Daily Post™ newspaper. The front page is created for the guest, while the back page features participating businesses and exclusive local offers.
How is the newspaper distributed?+
Each completed newspaper is personally handed directly to the purchasing guest as a take-home keepsake. It is not left in a brochure rack or stacked on a counter. During the handoff, one of our team members gives the guest a verbal reminder to turn to the back page and explore the exclusive offers from participating businesses.
What advertising sizes are available?+
The advertising back page includes: - Standard Ad: 2.036″ × 1.86″ — $280 for four weeks - Spotlight Ad: 4.152″ × 3.80″ (four adjoining positions combined into one continuous advertisement) — $1,095 for four weeks - Exclusive Full Back Page: complete 10.5″ × 13.5″ usable advertising area — $2,995 for four weeks The back page contains 35 underlying advertising positions arranged in 5 columns × 7 rows. A Spotlight occupies any valid 2 × 2 group of four adjoining positions.
Can I advertise multiple locations?+
Yes, when the selected placement provides enough room and the locations belong to the same approved business or campaign. A Spotlight or Exclusive Full Back Page placement may be better for multiple locations.
What is the Standard Ad size?+
The Standard Ad measures 2.036″ × 1.86″ — one of 35 underlying positions on the advertising back page.
What is the Spotlight Ad size?+
A Spotlight Ad combines four adjoining positions into one continuous advertisement measuring 4.152″ × 3.80″. It can be placed anywhere on the 35-position grid where a complete 2 × 2 group of four positions is available.
What is the Exclusive Full Back Page?+
The Exclusive Full Back Page gives one advertiser complete control of the entire 10.5″ × 13.5″ usable advertising area for a four-week campaign. All 35 underlying positions are reserved exclusively for that advertiser — no other businesses appear on the back page during that period.

How much does a Standard Ad cost?+
$280 for a four-week campaign.
How much does a Spotlight Ad cost?+
$1,095 for a four-week campaign. A Spotlight costs $25 less than purchasing four individual Standard Ads at full price, and provides one larger, continuous advertisement rather than four separate small advertisements.

When is artwork due?+
For the inaugural founding advertiser campaign (December 1–28, 2026), advertising materials must be submitted by Friday, November 13, 2026. Final artwork approval is due by Friday, November 20, 2026. For future campaigns, deadlines will be stated in the written campaign agreement.
Can you design the advertisement?+
Yes. Basic advertisement design is included using the advertiser's approved logo, images, wording, exclusive offer, contact information, and QR code. Custom or unusually complex design work may require an additional fee and prior approval.
What files should I provide?+
Provide the highest-resolution materials available, including your business logo, photographs, brand guidelines, approved offer wording, and required legal language. If you have a QR code image ready, include it — or simply provide the destination URL and our team can generate the QR code during production. Preferred formats include PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, PSD, and TIFF.
Will I receive a proof before printing?+
Yes. Nothing is printed until the advertiser receives and approves the final proof.
Can I request changes to the proof?+
Yes. Reasonable corrections may be requested before final approval. Additional revisions, major redesigns, or changes submitted after approval may require additional fees or affect the campaign schedule.
Does the advertisement need a QR code?+
A QR code is strongly recommended for each advertisement. Advertisers may supply a QR code image or provide the destination URL and our team may generate the final QR code during production. Any QR code included in the advertisement must be active, tested, mobile-friendly, high resolution, available throughout the campaign, and connected to the advertiser's approved offer or destination. The advertiser must test and approve the final QR code before approving the proof.
Will the printed colors match my screen exactly?+
Not always. Screen colors use light, while printed materials use ink. Small variations in color, brightness, and contrast may occur.
Will small text be readable?+
The Orlando Daily Post™ will recommend minimum text sizes and may request revisions when wording is too small for reliable printing. Advertisers should keep offer details concise and easy to read.
Can the advertisement contain fine print?+
Yes, when necessary, but all required terms must remain legible. Excessive or very small fine print may be rejected or require a larger placement.
How long is an advertising campaign?+
Each advertising campaign runs for four weeks, unless a different campaign period is approved in writing.
How far in advance should I reserve?+
Reserve as early as possible. Early inquiries provide the best opportunity to secure a preferred campaign period and placement.
Can the advertisement be changed after the campaign starts?+
Usually not. Once the campaign has entered production, changes may require a new print run, additional cost, and a new campaign period.
Can the advertiser include a special offer?+
A special offer is required. Every participating advertiser must provide an amazing, genuinely exclusive offer created only for Orlando Daily Post™ guests. The same offer must not be advertised on the business's regular website, social media, Groupon, coupon books, tourist publications, or another advertising platform.
Can an expiration date be included?+
Yes. Every offer should include a clear expiration date, restrictions, redemption instructions, and any reservation requirements.
Can the advertisement be tracked?+
Tracking depends on the QR-code destination and service used. Advertisers who use a trackable QR code may be able to monitor scans and related activity through their own provider. If our team generates the QR code, the advertiser should confirm tracking requirements before the proof is approved.
Will I receive a campaign summary?+
Advertisers may receive a distribution summary showing how many personalized newspapers carried the approved advertisement during the campaign. The report does not guarantee how many people viewed, scanned, visited, redeemed, or purchased.
Can I renew the advertisement?+
Yes, subject to availability, updated artwork approval, current pricing, and a new written agreement.
Can I reserve several campaign periods at once?+
Yes. Multiple four-week campaigns may be requested, subject to availability, approval, and payment terms.
How do I begin?+
Use the five-step guided advertising system on this page. Select your preferred position on the 35-position grid, enter your business information and exclusive offer, upload your materials or describe what you need, review and sign the advertising agreement, then complete payment. Your space is reserved only after full payment is confirmed.
Can I reserve more than one placement?+
Yes. An advertiser may request multiple adjoining Standard placements for a larger presentation, subject to availability and final approval.
Can I see what my selected layout looks like?+
Yes. The interactive placement selector allows you to review available Standard and Spotlight positions before submitting your inquiry. Final placement is confirmed only after approval and written agreement.
Is the placement guaranteed immediately?+
No. A selected placement remains subject to availability, advertiser approval, artwork review, payment requirements, and a written advertising agreement.
Can competing businesses appear, and is category exclusivity available?+
Category exclusivity is not automatic. We attempt to limit each advertising category to one participating business whenever possible, but exclusivity must be specifically approved and stated in the written agreement. Availability is handled on a first-approved, first-reserved basis.
Can I choose the exact position of my ad?+
You may request an available position through the placement selector. Final placement depends on availability, layout requirements, approval, and written confirmation.
What happens if my preferred option is unavailable?+
The Orlando Daily Post™ may offer another placement, a different campaign period, the Spotlight option, or the next available opening.
How many advertising sections are on the back page?+
The advertising back page contains 35 underlying positions arranged in 5 columns × 7 rows. A Spotlight occupies four of those positions (a 2 × 2 group). Multiple non-overlapping Spotlights may appear on the same back page.
Can I advertise more than one business in the same ad?+
Only with prior written approval. Each business, brand, offer, and QR code must be clearly identified and approved before printing.
Are all business categories accepted?+
No. The Orlando Daily Post™ may decline categories, offers, artwork, or businesses that do not fit the publication, guest experience, legal requirements, or brand standards.
Who is responsible for the accuracy of the advertisement?+
The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of all submitted business information, prices, offers, restrictions, expiration dates, claims, legal wording, QR-code destinations, and contact details. The advertiser must carefully review the final proof before approving it.
Who owns the logo and images used in the advertisement?+
The advertiser retains ownership of their submitted materials and confirms that they have permission to use every logo, photograph, trademark, image, and piece of wording provided. The advertiser grants the Orlando Daily Post™ permission to use those materials for the approved campaign.
Are sales or customer results guaranteed?+
No. The Orlando Daily Post™ does not guarantee a specific number of advertisement views, QR-code scans, website visits, redemptions, customers, or sales.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?+
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the advertising agreement accepted at checkout. Advertisers should review those terms before signing and submitting payment and contact us promptly if cancellation is necessary.
What if there is a printing error?+
If a material error is caused solely by the Orlando Daily Post™ after the advertiser has approved the final proof, the Orlando Daily Post™ will reprint the advertisement in the next available cycle at no additional charge or provide a pro-rata refund for the affected portion of the campaign.
Is there a written advertising agreement?+
Yes. A written advertising agreement is required before any campaign is confirmed, artwork is approved, or printing begins. The agreement covers placement, pricing, payment terms, cancellation, and all other campaign conditions.
What law governs the advertising agreement?+
The advertising agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
